Tudor Whiteley

I lead UX forI lead UX and hands-on design for Ontario Health's Health811 and the Prevention and Screening Hub, public digital health services used by millions of Ontarians. My trust framing for AI symptom assessment became the Health811 AI Governance Table's evaluation criteria, the repositioning of Health811 toward a health concern problem solver is adopted and in build, and within the Prevention and Screening Hub I designed the released Colon Cancer Screening updates. I set design and research quality across six partner organizations and started a cross-program UX and CX community of practice.

At Finnx I was Head of Product Design for an AI reconciliation product built to abstain rather than guess, taking it to a functioning prototype that brought in early funding. At OCAS I designed the international application, which raised completion rates significantly; cut total inbound support calls 15% with a single password fix; built the design system behind three applicant products; and held UX gating authority on a $1.3M native app that shipped to both app stores. Earlier, I built and ran design teams, including a fourteen person team at eMedia, on the operating model I still use today.
